Valerie Aita's quilts feature finely detailed embellishments, beading, embroidery and stitching. She uses vibrant color and organic patterns to interpret her unique designs. Working with cloth and fiber satisfies her tactile nature. The work she will be showing at the Fall Art Walk is inspired by her personal journey of recovery and is meant to inspire those who are facing life-changing circumstances.
