A vegetarian delight!The only mushroom that is big enough to be a burger.We marinate a large Portabella mushroom cap in balsamic vinaigrette for at least six hours, charbroil it and place it on a grilled bun. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles and finished with a roasted sun-dried tomato spread.
